You go up to the counter to order your drink or whatever but what you get is what the person before you ordered so it's totally random what you get. If you read the article it mentions someone putting down loads of money (they found out what it was about) and ordering lots of items and then the next person after them got a really nice surprise for her and her son. Brilliant!
